About Finn
We explore financial literacy in an approachable way, covering interest, loans, investments, and budgeting. You’ll learn how math helps make smart money decisions and plan for the future with confidence.
Each session uses real-world examples, like comparing loan options, setting savings goals, or analyzing investment growth. I break down complex concepts into clear, simple steps, so you can see exactly how they apply to your life. Together, we practice using math to solve real financial problems, making learning both relevant and engaging.
I focus on helping you build confidence and independence with numbers. You’ll gain the skills to think critically, make informed decisions, and understand the impact of your choices. By the end of our lessons, you’ll feel ready to navigate financial challenges with clarity and precision.

I am a Maths tutor with over 10 years of experience and an MSc in Mathematical Modelling. My passion lies in exploring how mathematics can explain patterns in human behavior and society. I am particularly fascinated by network theory and agent-based modeling, where simple rules can reveal complex dynamics. These tools allow me to study how social structures form, how information or diseases spread, and how collective behavior emerges from individual actions.
I enjoy helping students see how these mathematical approaches connect directly to real-world social systems. In my lessons, I guide learners to apply quantitative methods to understand human interactions and societal patterns. We analyze networks, simulate behaviors, and uncover the hidden logic behind social phenomena. My approach encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity while solving meaningful problems.
I aim to make every student feel supported, confident, and inspired to explore beyond traditional mathematics. Together, we investigate how mathematical reasoning can illuminate the world around us.
