I give private lessons to diploma level and degree level students in Contract and Tort Law.
My methodology has always been allowing the student to familiarize with the content in advance, go through the content with the student, give a brief assignment for review and go through it together to foster learning. The aim is to ensure the student not only memorizes the information but actually understand the major concepts.
