About Andrei

With over 10 years of experience, I’ve helped students across all levels improve their English and rediscover their confidence. I’ve guided students who were once getting D’s to achieving consistent A’s—not just through drilling grammar rules, but by helping them understand how language works and why it matters. Many of my students end up not only improving their grades but actually enjoying the subject for the first time. My teaching style is never one-size-fits-all. I adapt to each student’s pace, personality, and learning preferences—whether they need structure and clarity, creative examples, real-world connections, or just a little patience. I make sure every lesson feels productive, supportive, and even enjoyable. The biggest reward for me is seeing students light up when something clicks—when they go from guessing to understanding, from dreading homework to feeling proud of their progress. That’s the real goal: not just better marks, but a better relationship with learning itself.

About the lesson

Introduction and Warm-Up

Each session begins with a short review of previous concepts to reinforce understanding and build confidence. This is followed by a simple challenge or discussion to activate prior knowledge and ease into new material. I always adjust the starting pace based on the student’s mood and energy—no one learns well under pressure.

Step-by-Step Skill Building

We move through topics like variables, loops, conditionals, and functions in a way that feels logical and achievable. I explain each concept clearly, using real-life analogies where needed, and then guide the student through practice problems tailored to their level. Mistakes are part of the process—patience and encouragement are built into every step.

Immersive Practice and Rewarding Progress

Toward the end of each lesson, students apply what they’ve learned in a mini project or coding puzzle. These tasks are designed to feel meaningful—not just drills, but things they can actually build and understand. Students leave each session with a sense of achievement and the clear feeling that they’re getting better, week by week.
