About Mira
I am a piano teacher who thinks playing the keys is the absolute best way to show how you feel. I love showing my students how the piano works and watching them get better. My teaching style is very friendly and organized, making tricky music rules easy to grasp.
I am great at helping anyone, from young kids to adults picking the piano up again after years away. I have helped lots of students pass their music tests and reach their own personal goals. We will work together to make your fingers faster and your music sweeter.
My biggest goal is to give you a fun skill that you will use for the rest of your life. It makes my day when a student finally plays a hard part perfectly or plays a song with real emotion. Let's sit down and make some beautiful music together.

My piano lessons are set up to help you play beautifully and understand how music works. We will start by making sure you sit properly and hold your hands gently. Right from the start, we will learn how to read notes on the page so you can teach yourself new songs.
We will spend time looking at how to make the music sound full of feeling using loud and soft sounds. I focus a lot on helping your hands work perfectly together to do different things. We will play all sorts of music, picking songs that are just a tiny bit challenging.
I am always here to help you when your fingers feel slow or a song seems a bit too hard. We will learn easy tricks to remember your music and how to play for your family without shaking. My goal is to give you the skills to sit at any piano and play whatever makes you happy.
