About Fengzilin

Master’s graduate from Sichuan Conservatory of Music (full scholarship) and member of the Sichuan Piano Society. With 10+ years of teaching experience, I’ve guided students to top prizes in international competitions, including the Nice International Piano Competition and China-Singapore International Music Competition. I focus on each student’s unique strengths, combining fun and effective teaching methods with solid technique and performance skills. My lively classes and caring, professional approach inspire students’ passion for music and creativity.

Zilin – Piano Teacher
English & Mandarin | 10+ years of experience
Lessons are personalized to each student’s level and interests, from Classical pieces to fun, engaging music. Students develop musicianship through ear training and sight-reading. Zilin emphasizes proper posture and hand positioning for a relaxed, natural way of playing. She also guides students preparing for piano exams and auditions.
Caring and approachable, Zilin encourages students to share their own musical ideas and believes every lesson is a chance to explore and enjoy music together!

Perfect! My daughter and I had a trial piano lesson with Fengzilin, and it was a wonderful experience. She is very cheerful and friendly, which creates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere during the lesson. Her piano skills are excellent, and it’s clear that she is a highly experienced teacher.

She quickly understands how a piece of music can be performed better and immediately provides effective exercises tailored to the student’s level. Her explanations are clear and practical, , providing helpful guidance that supports improvement.

Fengzilin is also very patient and especially great with children. I would highly recommend her to anyone at any level looking for a skilled, supportive, and encouraging piano teacher.

We have completed our first trial lesson. Mami is a very dedicated student. She studied piano when she was younger, and it truly touched me that she now wants to continue her piano journey.
