About Thiago
I’m a friendly, patient, and approachable person who genuinely enjoys helping others learn and grow. Teaching is something I find very rewarding, especially when I can help a student understand a topic that once seemed difficult or intimidating.
I like creating a relaxed and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace. I believe that confidence plays a huge role in learning, so I always try to encourage my students and show them that challenging subjects can become much easier with the right explanation and practice.
Outside of teaching, I have a strong interest in Mathematics, Physics, Science, and technology, and I’m constantly learning new things myself.

I currently tutor around 10 students in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, helping them understand difficult topics, prepare for exams, and improve their confidence in STEM subjects. My lessons are personalized to each student’s level, goals, and learning style, with a strong focus on clear explanations and practical problem-solving.
I have an engineering background from UFRJ, one of Brazil’s leading public universities, where I studied advanced Mathematics, Calculus, Physics, and Engineering subjects. This academic background allows me to explain not only how to solve problems, but also the reasoning behind the concepts.
During my lessons, I break complex topics into simple, logical steps and combine theory with exercises, exam-style questions, and continuous feedback. My goal is to help students become more independent, confident, and comfortable with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
