About Tiger
Hi, I'm Tiger, an experienced mathematics teacher and tutor based in Ontario, Canada.
I hold a Master's degree in Mathematics and have over 10 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I currently teach Mathematics at a private school in Ontario, working with middle school students in the Canadian curriculum. I also have extensive experience providing one-on-one and small-group tutoring to students with different academic backgrounds and learning goals.

My teaching focuses on helping students understand the reasoning behind mathematics rather than simply memorizing formulas. I break difficult concepts into clear, manageable steps and use targeted practice to identify and address each student's weaknesses.
For students who need extra support, I focus on rebuilding foundational skills and confidence. For stronger students, I introduce more challenging problems and mathematical reasoning to help them move beyond the standard curriculum.
Lessons can be adapted to each student's level, school curriculum and academic goals. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to develop stronger problem-solving skills and become more independent and confident mathematics learners.
