Perfect! We hired Fatima to tutor our daughter in grade 10 academic math. Normally an A math student, she ended up with a teacher who gave little explanation for the problems and was getting 60s on her tests. As soon as she started working with Fatima she started getting 80s and 90s on her tests again. When I started taking tutoring session with her, statistics was the fear of my life. Perfect! Fatima is amazing. Our son was struggling with grade 9 math and was very anxious about his final exam. Fatima helped him work through concepts he was having difficulty with. She was extremely patient and encouraging. He even admitted himself how helpful she was. The online/skype format was great too. They could screen share and our son was in a comfortable environment - which helped him get over the whole 'needing a tutor' embarrassment (when you are in grade nine everything is embarrassing). Fatima reached out after every lesson to see how it went, and to follow up with homework she would give. Fatima went over and above what we would have expected. She found areas that needed extra support and always went at a pace that was comfortable for our son. We LOVED her. We have recommended her to our friends.

Fatima is an incredibly patient and friendly person. She creates an environment where you feel comfortable to learn, which I think is very important. She went above and beyond to help me, given the limited time I had to grasp stats. She ensures that you understand concepts wholly and are able to internalize them and think for yourself. With her help I am much more confident in my skills in stats and to my surprise I actually enjoy a subject I once hated.
