About Jyoti

My fascination with mathematics began with a love for patterns, logic, and problem-solving. I earned a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, focusing on algebra, geometry, and applied problem-solving techniques. Over 8 years, I have taught students at all levels, from elementary school math to middle school math, advanced algebra, geometry, and SAT math, emphasizing confidence, understanding, and enjoyment. I adapt lessons to each student’s level, using visual aids, step-by-step explanations, and interactive exercises. Beginners strengthen foundational skills, intermediate learners build reasoning and problem-solving abilities, and advanced students tackle challenging SAT-style algebraic and geometric problems. I foster curiosity, patience, and independent thinking. Outside teaching, I explore problem-solving strategies, real-world applications, and exam techniques to enhance lessons. Seeing students develop mastery, confidence, and enthusiasm for mathematics is deeply rewarding and motivates my continued dedication to education.
