About Kaustubh
Hi! I am an incoming undergraduate reading Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bath starting this autumn, offering affordable and reliable support in Maths, Physics, Economics and Further Maths: I achieved grade 9s (A*) in maths and all sciences at GCSE and am predicted A* in Maths, Physics, Economics A-level (+ A in Further and A in AS-History).
More Details:
Providing lessons in
- A-level: maths, physics, economics, further maths (+ AS History)
- GCSE: maths, FSMQ, ALL sciences, geography, history, DT
- ESAT/TMUA Prep
- SAT prep (US/Ivy League admissions)
- Personal statement guidance
40h tuition experience in voluntary GCSE maths help for a younger student at my school. He achieved 8,8 (A*,A*) from 6,5 (B,C) in maths and further maths GCSE and is continuing maths at A-level. I have also spent 2 years coaching tennis part-time between the ages of 5-14 to help build my teaching skills.
Apart from Bath, I have offers from Bristol and Sheffield (all three of which are top 5 in the UK), and I have experienced the rigorous application processes behind Cambridge, Imperial College London, and Ivy-League Universities (Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Cornell, Brown, Dartmouth).
This equips me to give lessons in ESAT/TMUA Prep, SAT Prep, and provide comprehensive UCAS/CommonApp Personal Statement guidance :)
P.S. If you are aiming for the prestigious Arkwright Engineering scholarship or guidance in the F1inSchools/STEM RACING Engineering competition (My team represented the UK and ranked 25th out of 80,000 teams globally) I'm more than happy to help!!

A typical session (for maths/physics) would consist of guided problem-solving and independent problem solving. Both are designed to invoke a certain level of frustration, which over time, instils a level of patience and strategy when it comes to a tricky problem in the exam. That's what separates A* students from the rest!
For essay-based subjects, I have access (via school) to past examiner feedback for specific exam answers in economics and have achieved the highest possible grade in both GCSE and AS level history.
