About Ragini

I have twelve years of experience teaching Math, and during that time I have developed a patient, reassuring style that helps students feel at ease—even when the material is challenging. I enjoy guiding learners from confusion to clarity and helping them discover that mathematics can be both understandable and rewarding with the right support. My background includes work with students of many levels, from young learners developing early numeracy to older students preparing for exams. This has strengthened my ability to adjust explanations to different learning styles, provide helpful practice routines, and make complex ideas more accessible. I value creating an atmosphere where students feel heard and supported. Teaching Math brings me joy because it allows me to watch students gain confidence in skills they once found difficult. Helping them experience progress, celebrate small wins, and overcome challenges is deeply rewarding. My goal is always to help each learner grow academically while also building a lasting sense of confidence and self-belief.

About the lesson

My Maths lessons blend steady skill-building with supportive guidance so that students can grow confidently through topics such as middle school math, elementary school math, algebra, geometry, and SAT math. We begin by identifying areas that need reinforcement, ensuring students have a solid grasp of basic operations, number sense, and foundational reasoning. Clear explanations and structured examples help students rebuild understanding step by step.

As students grow more comfortable, we move into topics like equations, geometry concepts, multi-step problems, and algebraic reasoning. I focus on helping them see patterns, understand why formulas work, and use strategies that make problem-solving feel manageable. With SAT math, we practice time-efficient techniques, common question types, and strategies to reduce test-day stress.

By the advanced stages of our lessons, students develop stronger confidence and improved analytical thinking. They learn to handle complex problems with a calm, structured approach and to apply multiple strategies when needed. My aim is to help every student feel supported, capable, and ready to take on new mathematical challenges.
