About Shady
During my last two years in high school, I've tutored many students in Math and French to community service hours. During my time, I've learned to teach my students in an effective and concise method that would allow them achieve their goal whether it was a calculus exam, biology test or a french oral.
Over the course of these two years, I've tutored over a dozen kids including my own little brother. My tutoring has enabled them to exceed above their goals.

I believe that to understand a concept, you must be able to explain that concept to others. By the end of a tutoring session, my students would be able to explain anything that they might find hard.
My methodology in math consists of understanding the lesson, practicing questions, and being able to apply the knowledge you learnt in a difficult problem.
My methodology in biology consists of understanding any concepts before learning it. As I am a biology student myself in McGill, I've figured out a way that allowed me to grasp knowledge in this subject and I would like to use this way to help my students in achieving their goal.
Finally my methodology in french consists using appropriate phrases and sentences that would help you in everyday conversation. I also prepare my students with written assignments while learning new vocabulary that would be helpful in written text.
