About Lodric
I am a Mechanical Engineer that studied at the University of Stellenbosch. It is a field that specializes heavily in Mathematics and Science. I started giving high school maths classes officially in 2016. I have focused mainly only helping underperforming students develop a better understanding of their work as well as raise struggling students' grades from failing to passing.

I realize that every student works differently in terms of how they understand learning and apply knowledge from pen to paper. Some students have the ability to hear something and reproduce it without understanding it while others take time and require examples in order for them to practice and develop their skills in order to solve a problem.
I aim to identify the student's way of learning that fits them best an develop my teachings in accordance to how the student responds to the learning environment. Typically this will involve developing fundamental understanding of the work in order for the student to produce work that will intuitively make sense to them. Learning with examples and practicing concepts also insures that the knowledge is not forgotten and ingrained in the memory.
