Andrew Ohwoka is a Mechanical Engineer and educator with a strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring learners to achieve excellence. A Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in both the steel and oil & gas industries, Andrew combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to education and personal development.
Throughout his professional journey, he has applied his engineering knowledge to real-world projects involving design, maintenance, and process optimization. His work in the industrial sector has strengthened his analytical thinking, precision, and problem-solving skills — qualities that also define his teaching approach.
As a dedicated tutor, Andrew teaches Mathematics and Science to high school (Grades 10–12) and college/university students. He simplifies complex concepts through practical examples, interactive discussions, and visual demonstrations, helping students connect classroom theory to real-life engineering and technological applications.
Andrew believes that learning is most effective when students understand why a concept matters and how it applies to the world around them.
