About Holly
I am a first year medical student at the university of Glasgow. I have a lot of experience working with young people through the volunteering roles I adopted throughout my process of getting into medical school. I believe my status as a medical student underlines that I have a strong knowledge of these sciences that I would be able to pass on in a way that is most suited to your learning. I am a very chatty person that is easy to get along with, so not only will you learn lots, you will also make a friend.

I will help to explain concepts that are causing difficulty in a way that makes them easier to understand. However, from my experience learning by exam questions is the most effective method so we will attempt past paper questions and go through the mark schemes in order to improve understanding and to guarantee exam success. Sessions would be an hour at a time and would take place online. They would be most suited for GCSE students but I would consider younger. In terms of my qualifications, at GCSE I achieved 9s in bio and chem and at A level I achieved an A* in biology and an A in chemistry.
