About Tara
Learning can be fun and empowering. A classroom with me is relaxed and educational at the same time. I believe we should always feel comfortable to ask questions and learn from errors. I am always learning too, and look forward to doing this together.

I believe in focusing on areas of concern, and practicing skills that need strengthening.
We will go over key concepts covered in the last class that need review. Then I will introduce the new material. We will jump straight in and do practice exercises and take it up when complete. Then we discuss wrong answers and make sure questions are answered and concepts are clear before moving forward.
I am a third year medical student with a life-long calling to teach. I have a degree in Food and Nutrition also. I am a native English speaker from Toronto, Canada looking forward to connecting with as many of you as possible.
I would happily teach young children all the way up to older adults.
My educational background sets me apart. I have studied medicine, food and nutrition and am enrolled in an online teaching certificate to teach elementary students. I have a wide array of topics we can discuss and find common ground. Learning is fun and empowering.
