About Jeeyoung

I am a friendly, patient and caring tutor who will help you find your subjects easier and enjoyable!
I am a fourth year medical student at University of East Anglia with a 2:1 in BSc Human Nutrition and Metabolism at King's College London. I have achieved Grade 7 in violin and have been playing piano at church for 10 years.

During my gap year, I tutored for a wide range of students aged 11 to 18 in subjects such as KS3 to A-level Maths, GCSE and A-level Science (mainly Biology and Chemistry), and beginner's Korean and Japanese.
At university, I mentored first-year medical students as part of a peer-assisted learning program. Other experiences working with younger children include assisting a Year 5 Maths Master Class, and running Teddy Bear Hospital workshops with primary school classes at university.

Tutoring will focus on understanding concepts and lots of practice, to help the student achieve high performance in the subject. Lessons will be tailored to match the student's needs and learning styles, with challenges to help the student find satisfaction and confidence in learning! GCSE and A-level students can also be given exam tips when starting exam preparation.
