About Sneha
I’m Sneha, a school counselor and passionate yoga trainer with a love for learning, well-being, and meaningful activities. My journey with the Rubik’s Cube began in Class 12, purely out of curiosity and personal interest. What started as a simple hobby gradually became something I genuinely enjoy sharing with others. Over the years, I have encouraged students as well as adults to explore cube-solving as an engaging way to challenge their minds, improve focus, and take a refreshing break from their routine. For me, the Rubik’s Cube is not just about solving a puzzle—it’s about enjoying the process of thinking, trying, and discovering that every problem has a solution.

As a school counselor who work with kids everyday i suggest solving Rubik’s cubes to improve attention, working memory, visual-spatial thinking, problem-solving, sequencing and hand-eye coordination. The repetitive, goal-oriented process can also offer a refreshing mental reset from everyday fatigue.
