About Alaina
I am a Level 10 gymnast who has spent years training at the highest levels of our sport. Throughout my career, I have successfully mastered "sport-life balance." This means I know how to achieve top scores without sacrificing my schoolwork, family time, or mental well-being. I bring a structured, professional approach to coaching, combined with the warm encouragement of an older sister who has been in her exact grips and leo. I cannot wait to help young female gymnasts build the unstoppable mindset they need to thrive!

As a Level 10 gymnast, I know exactly what it is like to go through the pressure to get new skills, be fearful of falling, and the challenge of balancing school and gymnastics. It can be overwhelming and that is why I am here to the mentor and "big sister" that young athletes need to navigate their gymnastics journey with a smile. In my coaching sessions, gymnasts learn how to crush fears by understanding how her brain works to face scary skills with a new approach, stay consistent by mastering her emotions, prevent burnout by helping her fall back in love with gymnastics, and learn how to balance her life and her sport.
