My method is based on an emphatic approach. Here, the objective is to give you the keys to achieve your goals while enjoying them. My specificity as a teacher is to accompany you until you can implement our lessons yourself. Indeed, I do not seek that my clients are dependent on the courses offered to progress but on the contrary that they benefit as quickly as possible from the tools that correspond to them and that they can then use on their own. I seek above all to share my passion and I do not see this activity as my main source of income.
The course is variable, I tend never to repeat the same session twice. I like to take into consideration your strengths, your goals and facilitate them which you can dispose of.

Designer and semi-professional athlete, I have been practicing boxing and wrestling since my youngest age. Passionate about combat sports and their broadcasts, I have always shared the desire to teach and introduce as many people as possible to these disciplines. During my apprenticeship, I had the opportunity to train in France, Canada, and China with big names such as Orono wor petchpun (muay thai); Elijah Bokeli (Kickboxing); Jujitsu (Kostia Schalcoff).
