About Farah
I have a BA in Sociology from MacEwan University and a MFA in Creative Writing from Guelph University where I focused on hybrid forms (mostly non-fiction and poetry) and interdisciplinary approaches. I've won awards for creative and academic works as well as presented them at reading conferences. I am very passionate about the relationship between content and form and excited to help individuals achieve the best versions of their drafts.

Adept at multiple genres including fiction, non-fiction and poetry, creative writing lessons would focus on line and substantial edits to produce the best possible draft based on the needs of each individual piece. Comparative literature lessons would focus on dissecting assigned works and pulling out relevant themes, motifs and techniques authors use to make their pieces effective.
**Willing to work with groups to facilitate a more organic and productive creative writing workshop as well as working one-on-one with individuals.
