About Donna

I have been a Life, Stress and Inspirational Coach to those with and without disabilities. I practice these modalities everyday as I work with groups of PTSD (Post Trauma Stress Disorder), disabled youth and adults and children's groups. I train in skills that are necessary for them to live and operate in fuller, more satisfying, joy-filled daily, exuberant lifestyles.
I am a Youth Life Confidence & Stress Management Coach through means of Mindfulness. I use my personally designed program to reach into the lives and into the hearts of my students. With intent and purpose to lift them up and to lead them into pulling themselves through, for them to access their inner strengths necessary for them to move forward with greater self knowledge and self worth and self strength. Going at it hand in hand with their self purpose.
My education is a Doctorate of Ministry/Religious and Theological Studies, a Master's of Fine Arts/Performance with Education. I also hold a degree in Business. I am a skilled and seasoned Mindfulness Trainer / Tai Chi Instructor for both disabled and abled persons. I am experienced in speaking, performing, training, teaching and leading groups of people in audiences as large as five thousand in number.

About the lesson

My Training is flexible as I work in modalities that are opened to suggestive training aimed at life, professional and love coaching. Being aware is being real, being real is being greater...in every aspect of your life and of your existence. My Mindful Training stems from a well rounded, well rooted lifestyle.
I am assertively sensitive to individuals spiritual wellbeing and practices. I draw in students who are ready to move forth into a new level in their life and who are ready to have coaching in becoming well equipped for that new level. My students boast of living a truer life that allows them the freedom to be themselves but stronger, more creative and in their authentic expression, more BLISSFUL! I reach out to all ages, children through golden ages! All love their time with me and have had me come into their homes to bring my modalities to their circle of friends so that they can grow further together in relating with one another with greater commonality and personal growth and joy.
What my students can expect from my coaching is firstly, a personal commitment to them and to the fostering of deep self awareness and self action. Their session does not end when we are finished with our sessions. While we wait to engage in the next coaching session, I ponder and meditate on what we've covered and I bring to the table a fuller, even more delicious and colourful platter just waiting to be indulged upon by them so that their lives can be nourished to the fullest!
You can bet to feel freer and blessed and refreshed and renewed when you've spent time under the umbrella of my coaching. You will be soaring so high that your loved ones will wonder if you've been on a long journey to freedom and back. You can tell them you have! You will find yourself operating in greater empathy, greater fellow love, greater self awareness which, all leads to greater productivity at play, at home and at work. Remember, being aware is being real, being real is being greater...in every aspect of your life and of your existence.
I have been trained in Tai Chi Wu Style for several years by an authentically Chinese certified Tai Chi Teacher. I have strong post secondary education and hold a few degrees and certifications. Mostly, I hold my love and passion to empower fellow people, as the first thing in my life that matters. Always, family first.
