*I only give lessons at public swimming pools, not in private homes or condos.*

***My availability for May and June will be:

Wednesday and Thursday evenings, between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Saturday afternoons, between 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Sunday between 12:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.***

He knows how to balance training with fun breaks like baseball pool noodles or diving off the boards. Max believes in your kids and even thinks to push their reflection to test their ideas of what works and gets them to get it. My son recently joined a swim team and needed help and confidence, Max was there for him and we will always be grateful!

When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?
I've always been curious and active - both physically and intellectually. My interest started early: in the pool, helping others improve their technique; in class, explaining math problems to classmates; and in the gym, showing someone how to throw their first punch. I realized that sharing what I knew brought me even more joy than doing it myself. Over time, I turned that passion into a mission: helping others gain confidence through knowledge and movement.
What makes you passionate about your subject?
Whether it's mastering a math equation, swimming a full lap with good form, or landing a clean jab - the light in a student's eyes when they "get it" is priceless. I love showing that progress is possible, no matter where you start. I'm passionate about helping people grow, push limits, and feel proud of their effort.
What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?
Tutoring lets me tailor my approach to each person. I adapt - whether it's simplifying grammar rules, making math fun, or breaking down a boxing combo step-by-step. I'm patient, encouraging, and deeply committed. What makes me a Superprof is that I teach not just skills, but confidence and perseverance. My students know I'm 100% there for them.

Yes - my swim coach in high school. He believed in me before I believed in myself. He didn't just teach swimming; he taught life lessons: discipline, humility, and grit. His approach inspires me to do the same - to see the potential in every learner and help them bring it to life.
What are your keys to success?
-Consistency over perfection.

-Listening more than speaking.

-Adapting to each learner's rhythm.

-Staying passionate and leading by example.
