About Veronica

Veronica is an organised, results-oriented Customer/Guest Service Professional with outstanding communication in different languages, and influencing skills; competent in building customer relationships which inspire confidence and loyalty. A highly efficient individual able to adapt well to new environments and learn new processes quickly, with a strong attention to the details, in order to achieve outstanding results.

In her recent reservation agent role with Air France, position held for three years and a half, she helped many clients with their requests, by being proactive in her response and by showing empathy at the same time. Earlier in her career, she gained an extensive experience in sales and customer care-oriented skills. In her previous occupation, Veronica demonstrated that she can successfully help inducting new recruits into the work environment, by displaying excellent tutoring and leadership skills.

Veronica holds a Master’s degree in foreign languages from Pisa University, Italy. She attended university courses, for a period of six months, at UCLM University in Ciudad Real, Spain (Erasmus program from January-July 2013). When she was attending high school, she participated at some volunteering activities as a tour guide and as promoter, by leafleting for a very important event in her home town, Sarzana, in Italy.
She gave private Spanish tuition to a high school student, during her university studies, which allowed her to show very good interpersonal and tutoring skills, by actively listening and helping the learner to improve his potential and reach positive results.

Veronica is currently attending an online course with i-to-i TEFL, where she is gaining further knowledge on how to become a qualified English tutor. By the end of the course, she will be able to teach, by applying the techniques learned during the course, students of any age, any level and backgrounds. In order to stand out from the crowd in the online teaching market, Veronica is also taking an advanced Diploma as English Tutor for Business learners.
Overall, her professional background spans across the Sale and Customer Services, Travel and Tourism, Tutoring and Volunteering sectors.

Veronica is a free spirit but very focused with clear goals in her life; she is very proud of her Italian’s roots and she is constantly connected to her family. She has worked across the world and lives now in London; when not working, you will find her in some salsa and bachata dance classes or cooking some new recipe, ensuring she does what she loves - achieving a healthy work-life balance.
