About Sam
My name is Sam, I am a third year medical student and I would love to help you with your science and maths! If you're finding these subjects hard at school then feel free to send me a message and we can discuss where you need the help and how you like to learn so that we can work together to come up with the best plan to help you out.
As a medical student communication is really important and so isnthat ability to explain concepts and so I would love to bring the skills I have learnt at medical school into helping you.
I have had a lot of experience in other caring roles where communication, time management and giving instruction is also very important such as working as a care assistant in a care home, and volunteering and children's holiday camps for the disabled.
The direct teaching experience I have had has mainly been informal experience such as teaching my sister some of her GCSE physics at home, but I also used to work as an assistant tennis coach where I helped to improve children's tennis skills.
I myself have experienced some tutoring at home and I know just how beneficial it can be having someone there to work through challenging concepts and guiding you when you go wrong on a 1 to 1 environment.
