About Unique
I am a friendly and patient tutor with a strong academic background in computer science, programming, mathematics, and problem-solving. I enjoy helping students understand difficult topics by breaking them into clear steps, using practical examples, and making lessons comfortable, interactive, and easy to follow.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and am currently pursuing my MSc in Computing Science at University College Cork, where I am currently performing at First Class Honors / 1.1 level. During my Bachelor’s, I taught several academic and programming bootcamps to over 200 students, helping learners build confidence in logic, coding, and technical problem-solving.
I also worked as a Data Structures and Algorithms instructor/teaching assistant with Coding Ninjas, where I helped students understand programming logic, DSA concepts, and problem-solving techniques. I can teach C, C++, basic programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, logical problem-solving, and beginner computer science topics. I can also support math topics such as arithmetic, algebra, equations, functions, geometry, trigonometry, and exam preparation.
I have been informally tutoring my younger brother in math for almost a decade, which helped me develop a fun, patient, and age-friendly teaching style. I am also an upcoming Software Development Engineer at Microsoft, which reflects my strong foundation in logic, programming, mathematics, and real-world problem-solving.
My goal as a tutor is to help students build confidence, ask questions freely, and properly understand topics instead of memorizing them.

My lessons are focused on clear understanding, practical examples, and confidence building. I teach programming, computer science, data structures, C++, and math in a simple step-by-step way, depending on the student’s level and goals.
A typical lesson is 60 minutes. I usually begin by checking what the student already knows, then explain the topic from the basics, solve examples together, and finally give small practice questions to make sure the concept is clear. For programming lessons, I focus on writing code, understanding logic, debugging mistakes, and learning how to think like a problem solver. For math lessons, I focus on understanding the method, practicing questions, and reducing fear around the topic.
My lessons are suitable for school students, Junior Cycle students, Transition Year students, university beginners, and anyone starting with programming or computer science. I can help with C, C++, basic programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, logical thinking, arithmetic, algebra, equations, geometry, trigonometry, and exam preparation.
I try to keep lessons friendly, practical, and interactive so students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
