About Nayana
I am an MSc Physics graduate with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for teaching. I believe that Physics and Mathematics become much easier when students understand the concepts instead of simply memorizing formulas. I have experience teaching school-level students and undergraduate students and focus on building strong fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and confidence through clear explanations and plenty of guided practice. My classes are patient, interactive, and adapted to each student’s pace and learning style. Whether a student needs help strengthening their basics, preparing for school examinations, or tackling challenging problems, I aim to make every class structured, engaging, and comfortable for asking questions. I teach Physics and Mathematics primarily to students from Classes 9–12 and am also happy to support undergraduate Physics students with selected topics.

I focus on making Physics and Mathematics simple, intuitive, and problem-oriented rather than relying on rote learning. Each class usually begins with a quick review of the previous topic, followed by a clear explanation of the new concept using real-life examples, diagrams, and step-by-step derivations, and then guided practice with progressively challenging problems. I encourage students to ask questions and focus on understanding the “why” behind every formula or method. My teaching style is patient, interactive, and tailored to the student’s pace, with regular practice and feedback to build both conceptual clarity and confidence. My classes are intended primarily for school students (Classes 9–12), as well as undergraduate students who need support in Physics and Mathematics.
