About Liam
I developed my love for Maths in yr 10 /11 and grew to continue loving it even more throughout A-levels. This was partly because I feel like I had some magnificent teachers that clearly had a passion for the subject and made me actually enjoy each of the lessons. Now that I have gone through the whole process, I would love to help another student improve in the subject and maybe even convince them of how exciting and prominent it truly is. In my sessions I will not only look to help the student learn and understand the topic, but also support them in their overall studies with revision and organisation guidance that I and many of my other students have found extremely beneficial.

My lessons are mostly for GCSE, IB and A-Level mathematics students, but can range from KS3 to undergraduate level. I have over 2 years of tutoring experience, a 1st class integrated masters degree in Mathematics and will soon be starting my PhD in Quantum Computing at the University of Edinburgh. Lessons tend to be 1-2 hours and are specifically targeted to each individual student. Typically, the lessons involve building the students confidence and understanding in any particular weak areas and then working on exam technique to maximise their grades.
