About Maria

Hi! I’m Maria — a passionate and multilingual language instructor with a degree in education and over six years of teaching experience. I specialize in English and French and have had the pleasure of working with students from all over the world. I speak five languages: English, French, Ukrainian, Spanish, and Italian. As someone who has personally learned multiple languages, I truly understand the challenges and joys of the language learning journey. This helps me connect with students on a deeper level and support them more effectively. I believe that learning a language should be practical, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. Whether you’re preparing for an exam, moving to a new country, or simply want to speak more confidently, I’m here to help you achieve your goals with patience, positivity, and proven methods. About Me I’m a multilingual, TESOL-certified teacher with a degree in education and over 6 years of experience teaching English and French. I’ve worked with learners of all ages and backgrounds—both in person and online. My Approach My lessons are student-centered, interactive, and adapted to individual goals. I use a communicative approach that combines speaking, listening, grammar, and real-life context. Expect lots of speaking practice, personalized feedback, and engaging materials like videos, games, and role-plays. What to Expect A typical lesson includes a warm-up, focus on a topic or skill, guided practice, and a short wrap-up. I always aim to create a relaxed, motivating space where students feel confident and supported. Who I Teach My lessons are ideal for teens and adults (A1–C1) who want to improve their fluency, prepare for exams (IELTS, CELPIP, DELF, TCF/TEF), or feel more confident living, studying, or working in English or French.
