Namaste!
The best time to practice YOGA is morning or evening .
I will be giving online or IN person yoga .We will first analyze your body type , flexibility range and provide a detailed list of asanas to focus on particular issues or overall well being.
The level of difficulty will slowly be incremented .
Yoga is not about doing difficult asanas , it is about doing simple ones the right way and hold it for long .
