I film your first lap from the deck to spot inefficiencies together. A typical 45-minute session includes dry-land band work, kick sets with a snorkel, catch-up drills, descending intervals, and a two-point exit goal. My specialty is fixing cross-over and dropped elbows. My students include novice racers, fitness swimmers, and parents learning to lap swim.
