As an ex-national level player, I've experienced the discipline and high standards of top-tier football. My coaching translates that elite experience into focused, effective training for you. About the lesson

My coaching philosophy is built on my experience as an ex-national level player. I focus on the Four Pillars of Development: Technical Skill, Tactical Intelligence, Physical Conditioning, and Mental Fortitude. I share knowledge through direct demonstration, game-realistic drills, and constant feedback, ensuring you understand not just how to do something, but why it matters in a match.

1. Teaching Methodology & Techniques
Technical: Repetitive, pressure-proof drills for first touch, passing, and finishing.

Tactical: Small-sided games and video analysis to develop football IQ and decision-making.

Physical: Football-specific agility, plyometrics, and interval training.

Mental: Building confidence, resilience, and a professional mindset through positive reinforcement and goal-setting.

2. A Typical Lesson Plan (60 mins)
Warm-Up (10 mins): Dynamic stretching with the ball.

Skill Focus (20 mins): Isolated technique drill (e.g., receiving under pressure).

Application (20 mins): Small-sided game to use the skill in match scenarios.

Cool Down (10 mins): Stretching and a brief review of key learnings.
