About Darshan

As an ex-national level player, I've experienced the discipline and high standards of top-tier football. My coaching translates that elite experience into focused, effective training for you. I am passionate about building not just your skills, but your confidence and football intelligence. My approach is professional, positive, and dedicated entirely to helping you reach your goals. Let's achieve them together.

About the lesson

My coaching philosophy is built on my experience as an ex-national level player. I focus on the Four Pillars of Development: Technical Skill, Tactical Intelligence, Physical Conditioning, and Mental Fortitude. I share knowledge through direct demonstration, game-realistic drills, and constant feedback, ensuring you understand not just how to do something, but why it matters in a match.

1. Teaching Methodology & Techniques
Technical: Repetitive, pressure-proof drills for first touch, passing, and finishing.

Tactical: Small-sided games and video analysis to develop football IQ and decision-making.

Physical: Football-specific agility, plyometrics, and interval training.

Mental: Building confidence, resilience, and a professional mindset through positive reinforcement and goal-setting.

2. A Typical Lesson Plan (60 mins)
Warm-Up (10 mins): Dynamic stretching with the ball.

Skill Focus (20 mins): Isolated technique drill (e.g., receiving under pressure).

Application (20 mins): Small-sided game to use the skill in match scenarios.

Cool Down (10 mins): Stretching and a brief review of key learnings.

3. What Sets Me Apart -
My first-hand experience competing at a professional level sets me apart. I provide:

An insider's perspective on the standards and discipline required to reach the top.

Professional-level training adapted from national camps.

Mentorship on the complete player pathway, from trials to nutrition.

4. Who The Lessons Are For -
Aspiring Professionals (Ages 10-18) aiming for academies or state teams.

Dedicated Hobbyists of any age committed to improving seriously.

Specialized training for strikers, midfielders, and defenders is also available.
