About Arman

Dear Parents, Athletes, and Swimming Enthusiasts, I am excited to announce that I am now offering private and small-group swim lessons in Toronto for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Whether you are looking to build water confidence, refine your technique, or prepare for competitive swimming, my lessons are tailored to help you reach your goals. As a national-level swimmer, I have competed at World Cups and multiple national events and bring years of coaching experience at the regional, provincial, and national levels in Canada. I am also a certified lifeguard and swim instructor, ensuring that every session is conducted with a strong focus on safety, proper technique, and skill development.

About the lesson

Programs available include:
• Learn to Swim – Ideal for beginners of all ages who need to develop fundamental water skills.
• Learn to Train – For swimmers who can already swim but want to improve technique and endurance.
• Train to Compete – High-performance coaching for athletes preparing for club, provincial, or national competition.
