About Abby

I am obsessed with communication- it is that simple. I love watching students have the penny drop moment of everything making sense. Before each lesson, I speak with the student about their specific goal by understanding what they strive to get out of each lesson and design the lessons according to this. I like to focus on the different ways students may learn- be that they're visual, kinesthetic or auditory learners, I will adapt to make sure the lessons aren't simply clear, but fun and approachable to their unique way of thinking and conceptualizing a new language.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed so each of the fundamental language skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) are given the equal attention they deserve. A lesson plan revolves around activities that strengthen each of these skills and troubleshoot your unique problems. My lessons are designed from the absolute beginner to intermediate learners. A1.1-B2 learners. I hold the B2, C1 and C2 diplomas.
