About Lucie

Hello! My name is Lucie, and I am a native French speaker from France.

I am currently completing a Master's degree in Development Studies at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University after earning a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva. My studies have strengthened my communication, analytical and organizational skills while giving me the opportunity to work in multicultural environments.

I am currently living in New Zealand as an exchange student, which allows me to communicate daily in English and better understand the challenges of learning a foreign language. Having experienced language learning myself, I know how important it is to have a patient and encouraging teacher.

I am reliable, well organized and genuinely enjoy helping others learn. Whether you are learning French for school, work, travel or simply for pleasure, I will do my best to help you reach your goals in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

About the lesson

I believe the best way to learn a language is through practice, confidence and a positive learning environment. I tailor each lesson to the student's goals, whether they want to improve their conversation skills, prepare for an exam, learn French for travel, or build a strong grammatical foundation.

My teaching combines speaking, listening, reading and writing, with a strong focus on interactive activities and real-life situations. I adapt the pace and materials to each student's level and interests to keep lessons engaging and motivating.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although shorter or longer sessions can be arranged depending on your needs.

I am a native French speaker from France and I am currently completing a Master's degree in Development Studies at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, after earning a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva. Studying and living abroad has given me a strong understanding of language learning and intercultural communication.
