About Arthur

I'm Arthur, a French native currently studying at ESSEC Business School on their Global BBA program in Singapore. I grew up in Nice, France, where I completed my entire schooling in the French education system through to the Baccalaureate.

I am passionate about sharing knowledge and helping younger students build confidence in their studies. Having recently gone through the French school system myself, I understand the challenges students face and can relate to them easily.

Beyond academics, I co-founded a successful video game company that has reached over 7 million players worldwide, which taught me creativity, problem-solving, and project management. I also play piano by ear and have traveled extensively across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

I believe learning should be enjoyable and structured. My goal as a tutor is to make each student feel comfortable asking questions, develop independent thinking skills, and see real improvement in their grades and confidence over time.

About the lesson

As a native French speaker and first-year ESSEC Global BBA student, I offer personalized French language and Mathematics tuition tailored to each student's needs and level.

My approach focuses on building strong foundations through structured lessons while keeping things engaging and practical. I adapt my teaching style to each student, whether they need help with homework, exam preparation, or improving their conversational French.

Each session typically lasts 60 minutes and covers a mix of theory, exercises, and practical application. For French, I emphasize speaking practice, grammar, reading comprehension, and writing skills. For Mathematics, I focus on clear explanations, problem-solving techniques, and building confidence.

My lessons are designed for primary and secondary school students (ages 6 to 16). I scored 16 out of 20 in Mathematics at the French Baccalaureate (specialty level), and I bring a patient, encouraging teaching style that helps students progress at their own pace.

I offer in-person lessons at the student's home anywhere in Singapore, as well as online sessions via video call. The first lesson is free so we can get to know each other and identify areas to work on together.
