About Toula

Hello, I’m Theochti, a native Greek speaker and qualified primary school teacher. After living and working in Australia for 13 years, I am currently taking a career break and spending time in Greece.

I have 11 years of experience teaching Greek in both primary and high school settings in Australia. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education and a Master's Degree by Research, specializing in the use of digital technologies in Greek language teaching. I have also worked as an examiner for the Certificate of Attainment in Greek.

I am a patient, enthusiastic and supportive teacher who believes that students learn best when they feel comfortable, confident and motivated. I adapt every lesson to each student’s age, level, interests and goals, making Greek enjoyable, meaningful and relevant to real-life communication.

About the lesson

My lessons are engaging, supportive and tailored to each student’s individual needs, learning style and goals. I use a communicative approach that helps students develop confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing Greek. Lessons may include conversation practice, grammar, vocabulary, reading activities, educational games and digital resources.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although shorter lessons can be arranged for younger children.

I am a native Greek speaker and a qualified primary school teacher with 11 years of teaching experience in both primary and high school settings in Australia. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education and a Master's Degree by Research, specializing in teaching Greek through digital technologies. I also have experience as an examiner for the Certificate of Attainment in Greek.

My online lessons are suitable for children, teenagers and adults, from complete beginners to advanced learners.
