About Claudio

I am a passionate language learner and I know what it is like to be a student tackling a foreign language. I am an enthusiastic Italian teacher and I try to make my students learn not only a new language but also discover a new culture and a new way of life. I am originally from Venice and I would love to make you learn more about this fantastic city!

About the lesson

I usually tailor my classes to the student's needs. I focus my classes on the main skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing) and I also love teaching grammar. A lesson is usually 1 hour, or longer if needed. I have over 18 years of experience in teaching Italian, a BA Honours Degree in Modern Languages and a Certificate in Education.

Claudio is a fantastic tutor! I've been lucky enough to be taught Italian by Claudio for several years now both in a group and one-to-one and cannot recommend him highly enough. He's patient and flexible (sometimes I'm too busy to do anything between classes, sometimes I'm keen to have homework). Claudio always has a wide range of resources. He's always happy to go over something again. I've learnt many languages over the years and teach myself - so I'm fussy and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Grazie mille, Claudio!
