About Boa

Hello! I'm Boa, a native Korean speaker living in Canada who loves traveling!
Learning a new language is like an exciting journey that broadens your world, and I’m excited to take this journey with you. I have a Business English translation certification and have experience teaching English to young students in Korea. I help people with bilingual communication in Canada, which allows me to explain Korean clearly to English speakers.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored 1:1, focusing on pronunciation and speaking. In our trial lesson, We’ll assess your level and prepare customized materials. After class, I’ll provide detailed feedback for review. I also offer special lessons on survival korean expressions for trip and K-pop etc!

Perfect! I took a few lessons with Boa during the summer and can confidently say that she was a great help! She takes the time to really help you understand the material, and even goes through any confusions you may have with it. If I ever need more help in Korean, I will definitely be reserving more lessons with Boa :)

Perfect! Boa is always prepared for our lesson. She makes every lesson fun and customized to your goals. She has a warm personality and I feel relaxed and not embarrassed. She also prepares an end of lesson feedback note and returns is so quickly. She has a great system in place.
