About Gerson

I've been teaching Spanish as a foreign language and Spanish Language and Literature for more than six years, with both kids and grown-ups alike, in academies and as a private tutor.

Thanks to my classes, you will develop the required strategies and knowledge to handle real life situations in a skilful manner!

About the lesson

I am a native fully qualified teacher of Spanish. i have a TEFL certification and Cambridge qualification

My lessons follow the communicative approach. The goal is to obtain lexicon and gramatical knowledge via dynamic activities while always emphasising on the pupil's active work.

I have the enthusiasm and creativity to run fun and engaging lessons and as a Philosophy graduate I possess the reflexive attitude, essential for a teacher’s growth. Every day I learn from my students new ways to improve as a teacher.

I am currently teaching students of all ages and levels, both adult learners and young students (primary, GSCE, A Level and University). Providing in each case the most tailored service according to their particular needs, targets and purposes.

I teach children with both approachings, linguistic immersion and marks improvement. My adult learners have come to me for different reasons: professional needs, owners of properties in Spain and holidaymakers.

Gerson is a terrific teacher. As I have mentioned above he has really helped me understand the language and now I can even construct sentences that are correct. He has a great way of making words stick in my memory and explains things so I understand why words mutate.
