About Janet
I am a native Spanish speaker with experience teaching conversational Spanish to people of different levels and ages. My methodology is entirely conversational, practical, and focused on the real-world use of the language. In each class, I encourage students to speak Spanish from the very first minute, without pressure and without unnecessary theory. I use:

A typical 1-hour class plan
Each session follows a clear and dynamic structure:
Conversational warm-up
Simple questions to activate the language and reduce nerves.
Topic of the day
We choose a practical topic: travel, work, restaurants, family, phone calls, etc.
Guided dialogue + useful vocabulary
We practice real expressions and everyday situations with visual support.
Free conversation
The student speaks freely; I gently correct pronunciation, structures, or words.
Mini feedback and challenges for the next class
Review of progress and a quick proposal for further improvement.
