About Keir

I am a full-time student doing my master's degree in Arts and Cultural Management at the University of Melbourne and also work as a tutor at Ivanushka Russian Language School in Melbourne. Since 2016, I have been teaching Russian to foreign students of different ages, during which time I taught the language in countries such as Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and the Kingdom of Bahrain. I am currently hosting exhibition tours in Russian at Linden New Art Gallery, St Kilda. So, if you are willing to improve your Russian, you're more than welcome! I also hold a Working with Children Check.

About the lesson

I approach the lesson based on your current level and what you need the language for. I always prefer to give priority to your speaking skills and to make the interaction entertaining and interesting. There are no barriers to learning new things, especially new languages!

Aside from looking at official class materials, he often draws in very practical discussions and materials relevant to day-to-day conversations.
He also takes steps to ensure the student actually understood the grammar rule applied in context with practical exercises and examples.
