About Andrew
Too often I have encountered mentors, coaches, and support workers who lack the understanding necessary to enable neurodivergent people thrive. As someone with ADHD (with autistic traits) I am well placed to offer understanding, knowledge, and practical strategies that will make a real difference in your life, work, and studies. I hold a masters in psychology from a Russell Group university, I have experience managing an alternative educational provision, I hold an enhanced DBS certificate, and I am a member of the British Psychological Society (#751360).

I provide an informal, non-judgmental space to thoroughly explore and encourage practical application of tried and tested strategies to tackle the high-resistance areas in your work and study. Things like time-management and organisation, motivation techniques, managing anxiety, depression, and stress, making sense of assignment briefs and planning for success. Sessions last between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on your preference - 1 hour being most common. I'm a qualified specialist mentor focusing on supporting people with ADHD and autism through their studies or work. I have a diagnosis of ADHD and I have been supporting neurodivergent young people and adults for 3 years.
