About Ashish

I've spent 19 years moving between Corporate HR and Operations, including over 13 years at Publicis Media, one of the world's largest media networks. My MBA is from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Somewhere in those 19 years, Excel and Power BI stopped being lines on a resume and became the tools I used every day to actually run parts of a business: reporting that got read, dashboards people relied on, data that had to be right before it reached a client or a leadership review. This coaching teaches Excel and Power BI the way I actually used them: focused on the work, not the feature list.

About the lesson

Most courses are built to cover a syllabus, so they teach you everything: every function, every shortcut, every edge case, whether or not you'll ever use it. You finish knowing a lot and trusting little of it. This coaching starts from the other end: what does the job actually ask you to do, and what's the smallest, most reliable set of Excel and Power BI skills that gets it done well? That's what gets taught, and it gets practiced until it's fast.

AI is part of the coaching, but not as a shortcut around learning Excel. You'll learn to use AI tools inside your spreadsheet and reporting work once you know Excel and Power BI well enough to check what the AI gives you back, and know AI well enough to ask it the right thing. It's AI as a support tool for people who already know what good work looks like.
