About Deepak

I've spent over 20 years on the trading floor as a stock dealer, arbitrageur, and portfolio manager before I ever stepped into a classroom — and that's exactly what shapes the way I teach. I'm the founder and chief trainer at Chart Code Academy, a NISM and BSE certified stock market institute based in Boisar, Palghar, with a second teaching location at Shakti Investments in Chinchani.

Most people learning the stock market end up stuck between two extremes: either dry textbook theory, or risky trial-and-error with real money. I built my courses to close that gap. Everything I teach — from reading candlestick charts to structuring an options trade — comes from two decades of actually doing it, not just studying it.

I offer three structured pathways depending on where a student is starting from:

MarketEdge Pro for beginners who want a solid, practical foundation in technical analysis
Apex Trader for those ready to go deeper into strategy, risk management, and derivatives
Global Edge Trader for students who want to expand beyond Indian markets into global trading

Classes run in both English and Hinglish, since I teach a lot of working professionals and students across the Boisar-Dahanu-Palghar-Virar belt who are more comfortable mixing the two. Sessions are hands-on by design — live charts, real trade examples, and case studies rather than static slides — because the market doesn't test you on definitions, it tests you on decisions.

Whether you're opening your first trading account or already trading and want to sharpen your edge, I focus on building traders who understand why a setup works, not just students who memorize patterns.

About the lesson

My classes are built around one idea: you should be able to open a live chart and actually use what you just learned, not just recognize it in a slide. Every session blends explanation with real practice — no long lecture stretches, no generic templates copied from a textbook.

How a typical class works:

We start with a concept (a pattern, an indicator, a strategy) explained in plain language, in English or Hinglish depending on what's comfortable for you
I break it down on live or recent market charts so you see how it actually behaves, not just how it looks in theory
You then practice identifying it yourself, with me correcting and guiding in real time
Each class builds on the last, so concepts stack instead of feeling disconnected

What's covered depends on your course level:

MarketEdge Pro – chart reading, core indicators, and the basics of building a trading plan, ideal if you're starting from zero
Apex Trader – advanced strategy, risk and money management, and futures & options trading for students ready to trade seriously
Global Edge Trader – everything above, extended into international markets for students who want exposure beyond Indian equities

Format:

One-on-one or small batch classes, available at my Boisar center, the Shakti Investments location in Chinchani, or online
Sessions are practical and example-driven — expect real trade setups, case studies, and Q&A, not passive slide-watching
Pace adjusts to you — I'd rather you actually understand one concept than rush through five

By the end of a course, the goal isn't that you've memorized patterns — it's that you can look at an unfamiliar chart and reason through it yourself.
