As an 8-10 grade math and science teacher, my teaching style focuses on developing conceptual knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and confidence. I establish an engaging, inclusive learning environment where students are comfortable to experiment and make mistakes. Through real-life examples, visual representations, and technology, I relate abstract ideas to everyday life. Peer discussions and collaborative activities promote critical thinking, while differentiated activities address varying learning needs. Practice and frequent feedback solidify mastery, and I promote a growth mindset to overcome math anxiety.
