About Noah
Hi, I'm Noah — a sixth-form student with a genuine love for both Maths and History, and a real desire to share that enthusiasm with younger students. I'm currently studying History, Maths, Further Maths, and Politics at A-level, and I'm predicted top grades across all four, but beyond the results, these are subjects I actually care about — whether that's the elegance of a well-solved equation or the way understanding the past helps make sense of the world today. I want to teach because I remember exactly what it felt like to sit a GCSE exam, to hit a topic that just wouldn't click, and to finally have someone explain it in a way that made everything fall into place — that moment is what I want to give my students. I believe every student is capable of more than they think, and sometimes all it takes is a patient, enthusiastic tutor who explains things a little differently. Whether you're aiming to push for top grades or simply want to feel more confident going into your exams, I'd love to help you get there!

I start every new student with a relaxed conversation to find out exactly what they're finding tricky, then build a plan from there — no two students get the same lesson. My sessions follow a simple rhythm: I explain the concept clearly, we work through examples together, then you tackle questions on your own while I'm there to guide you. Alongside the subject itself, I always weave in exam technique — mark-scheme thinking, timing, and how to structure answers — because that's what actually moves the needle on results. Questions are always welcome at any point; I'd rather revisit something three times than move on too soon. After every session I'll send over a short summary and some practice questions to keep the momentum going between lessons. Lessons are one-to-one, run for around 60 minutes via video call, and are aimed at students in Years 7 to 11 studying Maths or History at KS3 or GCSE level. As an A-level student myself — predicted A*A*A*A across History, Maths, Further Maths, and Politics — I've been through GCSE very recently, so I know exactly what examiners are looking for and how to get you there.
