About Alicia

○ I am both a native French speaker and a qualified language teacher (from the Sorbonne), experienced and passionate!
○ Since 2018, I have been teaching French, English and Norwegian, mainly online.
○ I lived and studied in France and Norway, then worked in the Netherlands and Spain, in middle schools/high schools.
○ I work year-round in partnership with various language training organizations.
○ I speak French, English, Norwegian, Spanish and I am learning Italian.
○ All languages combined, I have more than 1200 hours of private lessons given, from 8 to 67 years old!

○ My interests are:
Books, travel, psychology, spirituality, animals and nature, vegetarianism/veganism, drawing, painting and manual activities, esotericism, personal development, board games and card games, hiking, mountains... Overall, I am someone curious and open, no matter the subject!

About the lesson

Good news, you've come to the right place! I agree with you, Norway is a fascinating country.

My courses are aimed at beginners to intermediate levels. Here's what I offer:

★ If you're a beginner, don't be afraid, just go for it! Norwegian is not rocket science. I will quickly provide you with the basics you need to get by and have simple conversations.

★ If you already have some knowledge, and especially if you have been learning Norwegian in a self-taught way (with apps for example), I'm here to help you organize, consolidate and expand your knowledge but also... to finally make you practice!

In any case, we learn better when we are having a good time. So, forget the language lessons you may have had in your school years: I propose you to learn in a way that is as entertaining as can be, that's how we learn best (that's not just me saying it, it's science too!).
