About Alessia
I have been a nanny and homework helper for many years! I want all of my students to know that we are a team and working together to get better at either subject.
I have taken spanish classes all of my life and visited many spanish speaking countries as well! Everyday I practice my spanish through duolingo, listening to music, and continuing to speak the language whenever I can.
I have also taken many math courses and consider myself to be decent in the subject. I have helped my little brother through high school math and have learned so much about teaching others.
Math can be tricky to learn so knowing different ways to teach this subject is very important and I am able to do so!

For Spanish:
-My teaching method with change dependant upon the student I am working with and their level of understanding of the subject
-We will find the necessary means of practicing whether that includes flashcards or labeling things around the home to help practice vocabulary
-What sets me apart as a tutor is how I am willing to change my lesson plans based on the student and I understand the difficulties that come from learning a new language.
