About Bridget

After living alone for 5 years in NYC, a year in London, a few in Dubai, and traveling the globe in between, I’ve learned that nothing beats community and connection—especially when it comes to making art! As an acting coach and choreographer, I'm all about helping people find joy in their bodies and express themselves freely. My teaching blends creativity, play, and compassion—because if it feels good, it definitely looks good! Let’s work together, have fun, and create something amazing!

Dreaming of Drama School? Let’s Get You Ready! Getting into top drama schools like NYU Tisch, Juilliard, or RADA is incredibly competitive. With thousands of applications and only a handful of spots, how do you stand out? There are no tricks or shortcuts. It’s not about choosing the most obscure monologue or being deliberately provocative. Success comes from building a strong foundation in your craft, bringing your most authentic self to the audition, and delivering work that feels honest, compelling, and uniquely you. As an NYU Tisch Acting Alumni with advanced training from LAMDA and the Oxford School of Drama, my mission as a coach is to help aspiring performers find joy in their bodies and express themselves fully. Drawing on techniques from Meisner, Grotowski, and Stanislavski, I integrate text analysis, emotional truth, and physicality to guide you toward creating powerful performances. My background in dance further enhances my method by focusing on movement and physical expression, which are crucial to embodying a character. Services I Offer: Monologue Preparation: We’ll select monologues that highlight your strengths, and together, we’ll work on delivering emotionally rich, grounded performances that feel true to you. Essay and Application Guidance: Craft a compelling, authentic application that tells your unique story and reflects your passion for drama. Audition Technique Coaching: I’ll help you reframe the audition process, so you can enter the room feeling comfortable, creative, and in control. With 4 years of experience coaching competitive dance and drama, I also bring my unique philosophy that “if it feels good, it looks good” into every session. Following your truth is the key to it all! This approach combines acting technique, creativity, and play to help you connect deeply with the character while maintaining your individuality.
